Team Shine consist of father daughter team Mike Shine and Emma Shine.
Mike has been a Salesperson for over 25 years (with 15 of those spent focussed on the Lyttelton market). Throughout those years, Mike has developed an incredible reputation as Lyttelton's 'go-to' agent. He is genuinely passionate about Real Estate, about Lyttelton (he lives here with his wife and raised his three children here) and works hard to achieve great results for his clients.
Due to Mike's dedication to the job, Emma has been immersed in the world of Real Estate since childhood, learning the skills and dedication it takes to be successful in this fast-paced, ever-changing market.
Emma brings with her a background in customer service, hospitality, and teaching. After spending time in Europe running the day-to-day interior operations of luxury yachts, she moved back to Christchurch where she went on to get her Bachelors Degree in Teaching and Learning. Along with this degree, Emma's international teaching and customer service experience have ensured that she is a highly organised and motivated individual.
Emma is proud to be a member of Team Shine and brings with her a friendly and approachable attitude, as well as the ability to achieve the best results for her clients. She understands the importance of effectively managing the buying and selling process to make it as smooth as possible, with great communication along the way.
